Challenge
Goblintown sought to create a premium, high-quality, soft, and comfortable hoodie with a complex, multi-colored design. They also desired intricate details such as a custom zipper and tailor-made bags for their all-over print piece, intending to provide their community with a tangible, unique experience beyond the usual.
Solution
To rise to this challenge, Merchnain left no detail unattended. We utilized high-quality, plush fabric that was resilient and comfortable, and expertly color-matched the complex design to ensure print perfection. We incorporated a bespoke zipper and designed custom packaging for an added layer of exclusivity.
Moreover, we crafted a captivating storytelling video that featured a goblin making the hoodie, aligning perfectly with Goblin town's brand. This immersive story accentuated the journey behind each hoodie, further enhancing the connection between Goblintown and its community.

Result
The result was an outstanding success. Initially, 750 hoodies were sold in the presale. However, once the community members received their merchandise, it created a significant "Fear Of Missing Out" (FOMO) within the rest of the community. The quality and appeal of the hoodies, coupled with the brand-aligned video, led to such demand that people were willing to pay a premium in the secondary market to get their hands on one. The storytelling video also proved successful, garnering 69000 impressions on Twitter.
With Merchnain's efforts, Goblintown successfully transcended beyond merchandise creation, curating a unique, on-brand experience for their community that resonated long after the product was sold.
